Field Service Technician

The Field Service Technician is responsible for providing comprehensive technical support to our clients and ensuring that our products are running efficiently. This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a deep understanding of technology and company products.
Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot our products on-site or in office
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, or in-person
- Perform regular maintenance and upgrades on our products
- Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to identify and resolve customer issues
- Create and maintain technical documentation and service manuals
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical, electrical or mechanical field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently
Extensive travel (including international travel) and that doing machine assemblies in the field is also required.

- Works independently on a wide range of moderately complex projects and may be responsible for entire projects or processes within team

- Manage end-of-the-end projects or processes
Knowledge &
Experience:
- Requires extensive (deep or broad) technical knowledge of specialty areas with cross-functional and working knowledge of industry practices/other areas, typically obtained through advanced education and strong experience
- Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
