Pocket Feeder

TKC - Kodi Collective LLC, part of The KODI Collective under Koniag Government Services, seeks a Pocket Feeder to support secure, mission-focused IT operations for government and defense clients. In this role, you will operate and monitor pocket feeder systems that handle sensitive documents or media, ensuring accurate processing, data integrity, and adherence to strict security and quality standards. You will configure equipment, perform basic troubleshooting, maintain documentation, and collaborate with cyber, engineering, and mission support teams.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor pocket feeder systems for secure document or media processing in government IT environments
• Configure equipment settings, load materials, and verify accurate, high-quality output
• Follow strict data handling, security, and chain-of-custody procedures for sensitive information
• Perform basic troubleshooting and coordinate with IT teams for escalation of technical issues
• Document work activity, production metrics, and incidents in accordance with client and company standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support mission-critical technology and cyber operations
• Identify process improvements to enhance throughput, reliability, and data integrity
• Adhere to quality control standards and perform regular checks on feeds and outputs
• Support onboarding of new team members by sharing operational best practices
• Comply with federal, defense, and company policies, including safety and information security guidelines
