Field Service Technician

In this on-site role, you'll install, configure, and troubleshoot software, hardware, and networked systems, ensuring high uptime and excellent customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware at client locations in the North Canton area
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to applications, devices, and network connectivity
• Provide on-site and limited remote support to end users with a high level of customer service
• Document service activities, configurations, and resolutions in ticketing and knowledge systems
• Collaborate with engineering and software teams to escalate and resolve complex incidents
• Train end users on system features, best practices, and basic troubleshooting
• Perform routine system checks, updates, and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime
• Manage service schedules, travel, and priorities to meet SLAs and project timelines
