• Manage complex civil and commercial litigation in state and federal courts.
• Draft pleadings and motions, take and defend depositions, and manage discovery.
• Litigate business disputes involving contracts, non-competes, shareholder issues, and employment law.
• Help shape trial strategy and represent clients in hearings and trials.
• Advise business clients on litigation risks and compliance.

• 2+ years of solid litigation experience and a strong courtroom toolkit.
• Ohio law license in good standing.
• Experience in business litigation, employment defense, or regulatory matters a plus.
• Excellent writing, research, and oral advocacy skills.
• A detail-oriented, driven professional who takes pride in client service.
