Warehouse Associate

The warehouse associate will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of the warehouse, while supporting the sales operation, the electronic scrap operation. They will keep product moving through the pipeline through processing product deemed for disposition and processing product at the evaluation point.

• Disassembling and accurately sorting product in the disposition line
• Maintaining and managing the scrap area, including assembling gaylords, labeling, and notifying management when capacity is reached
• Unloading the truck of incoming product and checking it in
• Staging and labeling checked in product appropriately
• Evaluating product that is staged
• Working with the ecommerce staff to assure the product pipeline is full
• Inventorying product and assigning it locations
• Keeping the warehouse as tidy and clean as possible
• Notifying management of material requirements
• Notifying management when scrap is at capacity and must be sent to Midwest Com Tel’s downstream
• Utilizing tow motor to check in product, stage product and remove product from pallet racking, or place product on pallet racking

• High school diploma
• Experience working in a warehouse setting for at least 2 years, or equivalent experience
• Experience using a tow motor
• Proven demonstration of attention to detail and listening skills
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing requirements
