As aFloater, you play a crucial role in our operations.

You'llwork across multiple buildings, stepping in where needed to ensure consistent service and a clean, safe environment for clients.

You'llalso support management in training new team members.

• Cover staff shortages at various client locations

• Maintain facility cleanliness to company standards

• Assistsupervisors with onboarding and training new hires

• Learn and support multiple site-specific cleaning procedures

• Mustbe
  18 years or older

• Reliable transportationisrequired

• Clean driving record

• Ability to work independently and stay on task without constant supervision

• Strong attention to detail

• Prior janitorial experience is aplus, butnotrequired– we provide paid training!
