Promote a culture of accountability to meet store goals related to sales, guest loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink.;
Drive profitability through operational excellence, top-line sales growth, and expense control.;
Attract, hire, and retain diverse talent and develop a high-performing team with coaching and performance reviews.;
Ensure execution of operational focuses including planograms, ad sets, inventory life-cycle processes (cycle counts, RTVs, DIFs, etc.).;
Manage scheduling and payroll budgets, and monitor financial and operational reporting to improve store performance.
