A Quality Facility Services (AQFS) is looking for a motivated Floating Supervisor to support operations across multiple buildings in the Canton area. If you’re a strong leader who enjoys helping teams succeed, solving problems, and staying active throughout the day — we want to hear from you!
This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll travel between facilities, support staff, maintain quality standards, and help ensure our clients receive exceptional service.
What You’ll Do- Travel to different facilities and supervise daily operations
- Lead, coach, and motivate cleaning staff
- Help with cleaning duties when needed
- Conduct inspections and final walkthroughs
- Handle customer concerns professionally
- Monitor labor hours and productivity
- Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment
- Run team huddles and communicate updates clearly
- Identify employees with leadership potential
- Help improve efficiency and team performance
- Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and multitask
- Attention to detail and accountability
- Previous supervisor or leadership experience preferred
- Janitorial/facility services experience is a plus
- Experience managing labor and supplies preferred
