As a Mechanic – AVH within our Assembly team, you’ll transform technical drawings into high-performing conveyor systems with a sharp eye for quality, safety, and efficiency.

A day in the role

You arrive to a clean, organized line. Drawings and work instructions are queued for the next AVH screw conveyor build. You verify measurements with calipers and gauges, align sub-assemblies, run functional checks, and collaborate with engineers and supervisors to fine-tune performance before the system ships to a customer who’s counting on your craftsmanship.

What you will do Assemble mechanical components in accordance with drawings and work instructions

Build and assemble screw conveyors (AVH models)
Precisely adjust and align components for smooth operation

Perform pre-operational and functional testing

Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications

Apply technical requirements accurately during assembly

Use measuring tools such as calipers and gauges

Partner with supervisors, engineers, and adjacent production teams to maintain safe, efficient flow

Schedule

Day

Shift: Monday-Thursday 5am-3:30pm (4/10s)
What you bring4+ years of mechanical assembly experience

Proven ability to read and work from schematics and blueprints

Hands-on electrical experience, including:

Running electrical wiring

Working with control panels/boxes

Troubleshooting motors and general electrical issues

Proficiency with hand and power tools

Experience using calipers and gauges

Strong attention to detail and a quality-first mindset

Excellent problem-solving abilities

Clear communication and collaboration skills
