Assembly Mechanic

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Mechanic in the Assembly department at Amba Flex Manufacturing. As an Amba Flex Mechanic, you will play a crucial role in assembling and testing our innovative products to ensure they meet our high‑quality standards.

• Perform assembly of mechanical components according to specifications
• Conduct quality checks to guarantee product integrity
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times
• Work efficiently and effectively in a fast‑paced environment

Night Shift

Schedule:

Monday‑Thursday 6:30 pm – 5 am (4/10s)

Amba Flex is the Global Leader in Spiral Conveyor Systems. Our Manufacturing Facility in Canton, OH is one of five worldwide, and was established in 2010 as our only Manufacturing facility in the U.S. The Assembly department assembles components to a semi‑finished or finished product and is responsible for the quality of the delivered work according to the order planning.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in mechanical assembly
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Experience working in a fast‑paced production environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to work the night shift schedule
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
• Excellent problem‑solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Good command of English spoken and written
• Basic computer skills
