Press Operator

Snelling Staffing is hiring Insert Press Operator for a company in Canton.

** per hour based on experience

** 1st shift, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday - Friday
Weekly Pay

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Uses insert press machine to install hardware on sheet metal parts.
2. Sets up machine per work instruction.
3. Performs simple quality procedures using square, go/no go tools and checklists.
4. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Mobility requirements include standing, walking, reaching and bending.

KNOWLEDGE:
Blueprint reading skills

Strong knowledge of prepress processes, graphic design principles, and print advertising.
Proficiency in color management techniques and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite software.

Experience with machining processes is a plus.
Ability to operate forklifts and CNC machinery safely and effectively.
Excellent attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
High school diploma or equivalent; further education in graphic design or print technology is preferred.
