Conditioning and Finishing Supervisor

Supervise the personnel, processing, scheduling, maintenance, safety, housekeeping, and training for an 8 hour production shift in the Conditioning/Finishing area to meet Harrison Steel Plant's mission statement of producing the highest quality alloy steel at the lowest unit cost. Required to work overtime, rotating shifts/schedules, or weekends as per business needs.

• High school diploma or equivalent with 7years of experience in manufacturing with 1 year of experience in a supervisory role preferred.

• Associate in business management, technology, or related with 4years of experience in manufacturing with 1 year of experience in a supervisory role preferred.
• Bachelor in business management, technology, or related with 2 years of experience in manufacturing with 1 year of experience in a supervisory role preferred.
