  • Troubleshoot press issues and elevate equipment concerns proactively
  • Maintain housekeeping, safety standards, and compliance with company policies on the pressroom floor
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and support ISO/quality management systems

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum 5 years of commercial offset press experience; large-format experience strongly preferred
  • G7 color management knowledge a significant plus
  • Experience on KBA, Manroland, or Komori equipment preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to lead or mentor other press operators
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to read and interpret job tickets, color proofs, and production specifications
  • Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement

Benefits on Day One: Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k) — available from your first day of employment.

Growth & Development: We invest in our people. You'll have access to training, advancement opportunities, and a leadership role with real influence over pressroom operations.
