Responsibilities- Work in a group with 2‑3 other employees on a project at times and independently at others.
- Lift and install sheet metal panels/copper bus with other employees (panels range in weight, roughly 50‑70 lbs on average).
- Open to overtime / Saturdays when required (rarely).
- Must be able to read a tape measure.
- Be able to use hand tools (dead blow hammer, battery‑operated impact driver, drill, wrenches, etc.).
- Punctuality.
- Good attitude / coachable.
- Attention to detail.
- Problem solving.
- Self‑motivated.
