PositionColly Brake Press Operator

THIS POSITION IS FOR AFTERNOONS
Position DescriptionAll Colly Brake Press Operators will form tubes on the Colly Press. Tubes can range in size and shape (50lbs. to 2800lbs). Use Overhead remote-controlled crane and Jib crane.
Duties and Responsibilities- Daily shift crane inspection
- Follow work orders
- Operate Computer
- Change out the dies and punches
- Operate Colly Press
- Operate Gantry
- Help load and unload crane
- Clean area at the end of shift
- Job duties are subject to change
- Must be able to lift/push/pull/bend up to 100 lbs
- Must be able to sit, stand, bend, stoop, climb and walk for extended periods of time
- Must be able to work in all types of temperatures
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have computer skills
Palm buttons, tape measure, paint stick, turning bars, any other tools needed for the job
PPE RequirementsEar protection, steel-toed shoes, safety glasses and/or goggles, hard hat, gloves to fit the job
