Warehouse Technician - Shipping and Receiving; Day Shift

Overview

Position title:

Warehouse Technician.

Shift: Day Shift Monday through Thursday 5:30am-4:00pm (Overtime as needed).

Shipping and Receiving.

Canton, OH. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.

Schedule Type:
Onsite.

Reports to:

Department Supervisor.

• Assist with receiving and shipping of parts, maintaining quality and production standards.
• Lift and move parts up to 75 pounds unassisted; pull/push and slide parts up to 100 lbs unassisted.
• Stooping, bending, twisting, and reaching into locations up to 48 inches deep to pull or stock parts.
• Stand and/or walk for the majority of the work schedule; maintain safe operations around equipment including forklifts and other material handling gear.
• Operate stand-up reach lifts (4,000 lbs capacity) and man-up order picker (up to 3,000 lbs, up to 22 ft).
• Maintain housekeeping and participate in continuous improvement (TOS) by contributing ideas for improvement.
• Communicate effectively with team members and other departments; work flexible hours as needed.

• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds frequently.
