Position Title

Warehouse Technician

Day Shift (Monday - Thursday 5:30am-4pm)

Customer Fulfillment

• Perform receiving and shipping of parts, maintaining quality and production standards.
• Lift and move parts up to 75 pounds unassisted; pull, push, and slide parts up to 100 pounds unassisted.
• Bend, twist, and reach into 48‑inch deep locations to pick or stock truck parts.
• Stand and walk 100% of the work schedule, except during breaks and lunch.
• Safely operate and work near forklifts, reach trucks, pick trucks, propane‑powered lifts, battery‑changing equipment, electric carousels, conveyor lines, heavy‑duty pneumatic staple guns, compactors, dock levelers, and similar equipment.
• Operate stand‑up reach lifts (4,000‑lb capacity) and a man‑up order picker (22‑ft, 3,000‑lb capacity).
• Maintain housekeeping and safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues inside and outside the work group.
• Work flexible hours as required.
• Participate in the Continuous Improvement (TOS) program and propose improvement ideas.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds frequently and handle up to 100‑lb operations.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality.

Canton, OH, USA. Relocation assistance not available.

Work setting:
Onsite.
