** Monday-Thursday, 5:30am-3:30pm (Four-day work week)

_Overtime may be required on Fridays_

** Duties & Responsibilities*
* + Set up and operate CNC turret machinery safely and efficiently

+ Manufacture parts from sheet metal in compliance with production plans and schedules

+ Properly load tooling and sheet metal, following established procedures

+ Read and interpret production drawings, prints, and work instructions

+ Utilize measuring tools (e.g., calipers, tape measures) to verify material gauges

+ Inspect finished work for accuracy and completeness

+ Identify various materials, including steel, aluminum, and galvanized sheet metal

+ Adhere to standard shop practices and verbal instructions

+ Maintain safety standards and follow company procedures

+ Physically able to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. unaided

** Qualifications*
* + High School Diploma or GED

+ 1-2 years CNC turret operation experience preferred

+ Ability to read and understand documents, production drawings, and instructions in English

+ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to carry out instructions in written, verbal, or diagram form

+ Safety- and quality-oriented, accountable, reliable, productive, ethical

+ Strong communication skills, innovative, team player, positive attitude

** Compensation & Benefits (once hired)*
* +  **$2,000 Sign-on Bonus**  ($1,000 after 6 months; $1,000 after 1 year)
