Position:
Painter/Powder Coater

Compensation: $18.00–$20.00 per hour

Schedule:

4-day work week (Monday–Thursday, 5:30 a.m.–3:30 p.m.) Overtime:
May be required on Fridays

Responsibilities:

• Perform wet and powder paint applications with full proficiency
• Carry out all aspects of metal finishing
• Inventory and requisition paints, coatings, and related products
• Inspect and verify paint thickness to required specifications

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1–2 years of wet and powder painting experience required
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions
• Strong problem-solving skills within standardized situations

Additional Information:

• All candidates are required to sign a smoking/vaping and no cell phone usage policy prior to starting employment.
• Signing Bonus: $2,000 total—$1,000 paid at 6 months and an additional $1,000 at 12 months of employment once hired on.
