CM Assembly/Packing Associate

- Responsible for assembling products, packaging finished goods, and preparing orders for shipment while ensuring quality and accuracy. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to follow packaging specifications, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

Pay rate & Scheduled:

• $18.00/hour
• 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Assemble products according to company specifications.
• Must have 2 years of manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse experience preferred.
• Package finished products for shipment.
• Obtain, sort, and organize products for packaging.
• Fabricate cartons and boxes as needed.
• Count and package parts according to packaging requirements.
• Apply labels to finished packages accurately.
• Assist with product assembly, including fascias.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety and quality standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Reliable attendance and a positive team attitude.
