Build machines that move the world

Join a heavy equipment manufacturer in East Canton, Ohio, where precision fitting and high‑integrity welds turn raw steel into hard‑working machinery. You don’t need a certification—your craft, accuracy, and efficiency are what count.

A day in the life

On day shift (Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:30pm), you’ll review blueprints with weld symbols at your bench, lay out material with a straightedge, combination square, and ruler, and tack everything into place. On second shift (Monday–Thursday, 3:00pm–1:00am, Fridays as needed), you’ll pick up complex assemblies, manage heat input to control distortion, and run MIG and flux‑cored passes in all positions—then clean, grind, and prep for paint so every weld not only holds but looks great.
