Set up and operate brake press machines to bend, notch, punch, form, roll, arc, or straighten metal plates or sheet metal and structural shapes;
Read blueprints to obtain precise specifications and perform precision measurements;
Set up and align dies in machine ram and bed; adjust ram pressure and clearance between dies according to metal thickness;
Lay out or detail layout on work stock based on blueprints or templates; set stops on machine bed and reposition stock for successive pieces;
Measure dimensions of work-piece and perform first piece and random inspection of production
