• Create manufacturing schedules based on production needs, inventory availability, customer requirements, and future demand
• Monitor and analyze inventory and capacity to determine material availability for production
• Work cohesively with other manufacturing departments to create acceptable production schedules
• Resolve production schedule issues because of manufacturing problems
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to improve production scheduling and planning processes
• Maintain production schedule data and material flow data

• Previous experience as a Scheduler or Planner position in manufacturing
• Experience working with ERP or MRP systems
• Microsoft Office skills
• Strong organizational skills
