- Oversee all maintenance activities within the manufacturing facility to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of equipment, machinery, and building systems
- Manage and lead a team of 12–14 non-union maintenance technicians across a 3-shift, 24/5 operation
- Coordinate and implement preventative and predictive maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to support production goals and enhance overall plant performance
- Oversee maintenance operations spanning injection molding, blow molding, and extrusion processes
- Multi-site manufacturing company
- Over 50 years of industry experience
- Oversee all maintenance activities within the manufacturing facility to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of equipment, machinery, and building systems
- Manage and lead a team of 12–14 non-union maintenance technicians across a 3-shift, 24/5 operation
- Coordinate and implement preventative and predictive maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime

- Oversee maintenance operations spanning injection molding, blow molding, and extrusion processes
- Demonstrated expertise in blow molding, injection molding, and extrusion processes
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role managing maintenance teams
- Strong multi-craft maintenance background with versatile technical skills
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop people in a manufacturing environment
