Welder‑Fitter – Construction Department

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as a Welder‑Fitter in the Construction department at Amba Flex Manufacturing. As a Welder‑Fitter, you will play a crucial role in assembling construction components to complete frames using several welding and construction techniques. Switching techniques will regularly take place.

• Reading technical drawings.
• Customization of components using welding and construction techniques.
• Getting the machines ready for production.
• The inspection of construction components or complete frames.
• Participating in the development of the products and processes.

• Day Shift: Monday-Thursday 5am-3:30pm (4/10s).
• Night Shift: Monday-Thursday 6:30pm-5am (4/10s).

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum work experience of 1-2 years in a similar position in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of the metric system (preferred).
