Amba Flex, Canton, OH, is seeking an Operations Supervisor for the injection molding floor. You will align people, molds, materials, and machines to ensure safe, efficient, and on-time production.
You’ll report to the Injection Mold & Maintenance Manager and lead a manufacturing team focused on quality and continuous improvement. Responsibilities include safety walks, 6S standards, production planning, changeovers, monitoring cycle times and downtime, and coaching operators.
