Sr Terminal Associate

Heidelberg Materials seeks a Sr Terminal Associate to safely operate and maintain a bulk materials terminal supporting cement and aggregates distribution. In this role, you will run loading and unloading systems, monitor inventory and product quality, and complete accurate scale tickets and documentation. You will perform routine inspections, basic maintenance, and housekeeping, while following strict safety and environmental standards. Working closely with dispatch, drivers, and plant teams, you'll help ensure on-time shipments, continuous improvement, and reliable service to infrastructure and construction customers.

Responsibilities

• Operate loading, unloading, and conveying equipment for cement and aggregates
• Monitor product quality, inventory levels, and accurate documentation
• Perform routine inspections, basic maintenance, and housekeeping of terminal assets
• Follow all safety, environmental, and regulatory procedures and reporting
• Coordinate with drivers, plant, and dispatch to meet shipping schedules
• Use computerized systems for scale tickets, inventory, and reporting
• Participate in safety meetings, audits, and continuous improvement efforts
• Respond to equipment issues and assist with basic troubleshooting
