You will serve as the primary technical resource for CNC programming, machining processes, tooling, and program optimization, collaborating with Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance.
You will drive process improvements, standardize programming practices, and train CNC operators to enhance safety, quality, and efficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
