General Manufacturing & Warehouse Positions – Multiple Shifts
Express Employment Professionals in Canton, OH is actively recruiting for multiple manufacturing and warehouse facilities throughout Canton, North Canton, and surrounding areas. We are seeking dependable, motivated individuals for entry-level through experienced positions. These are excellent opportunities for candidates looking for long-term employment, weekly pay, and steady work across all shifts.
We are currently hiring for a variety of roles, including but not limited to:
- Machine Operators
- Assemblers (light & mechanical)
- Picker / Packers
- Forklift Operators
- Reach Truck Operators
- Shipping & Receiving Associates
- Inspectors
- Quality Control Technicians
Positions may be in manufacturing, production, distribution, or warehouse environments, depending on assignment.
Job Responsibilities (May Vary by Position):
- Operate production or warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform assembly, machine operation, or material handling duties
- Inspect parts or products to ensure quality standards are met
- Pick, pack, label, and prepare products for shipment
- Load, unload, and move materials using forklifts or reach trucks (where applicable)
- Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Complete required documentation and report issues to supervisors
Qualifications:
- Ability to stand, lift, bend, and perform repetitive tasks as required
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is helpful but not required for all positions
- Drug test and background check required
Pay & Benefits:
- $15.00–$20.00 per hour, depending on position and experience
- All shifts available (1st, 2nd, and 3rd)
- Weekly pay
- Temp-to-hire opportunities based on performance
