Metallus is seeking a qualified supervisor to oversee Shop Services at the Canton Steel Plant in Canton, OH. You will coordinate scheduling, planning, and execution across Equipment Rebuild, Weld Shop, Utility Crew, Machine Shop, Die Shop, and Carpenter Shop, including overtime as needed.
You will lead and train staff, enforce safety protocols, and drive efficient, on-time delivery to the plants through strong communication and use of Maximo and Metallus Drawing Systems.
