Develop and implement the overall marketing strategic plans for Heritage Christian School
Develop and execute a comprehensive enrollment growth plan aligned with school objectives including measurable enrollment targets by grade level and program
Expand and manage lead generation efforts including events, referrals, church partnerships, company collaborations, and digital outreach
Oversee all stages of the enrollment process including inquiry intake, tours, applications, testing, and onboarding
Interact with parents, potential parents, the community and area leaders
Ensure timely, professional, and consistent communication with prospective families
Design and implement follow-up and nurture processes for current and prospective families
Monitor and improve conversion rates throughout the admissions funnel
Build and implement student retention and re-enrollment strategies
Use CRM and enrollment tracking systems
Analyze enrollment trends, conversion data, and retention metrics
Provide regular reports and dashboard updates to school leadership
Create and manage content for website, social media, and promotional materials
Facilitate a positive brand image in the community by overseeing communications, newsletters, press releases, ads, special events, and more
Communicate regularly with prospective and current families
Collaborate with administration to ensure consistent branding and messaging aligned with the mission of HCS
Collaborate with the Advancement Officer on communications and events
Manage special events and milestone celebrations
Use a variety of computer systems for reporting, tracking, and communication
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information regarding students and families
Other duties as assigned
QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Marketing, Sales, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Excellent interpersonal skills and enjoys working with people
Three or more years experience in marketing, admissions, recruitment, or sales preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with social media platforms, marketing tools, CRM, Microsoft Office, and basic design software
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Must display strong interpersonal skills with students, parents, and staff
Must be able to accept and uphold the mission of HCS
Able to pass Ohio Revised Code required background check and drug/alcohol testing
