Job Summary:

Seeking an Account Manager to manage strategic client relationships and drive end-to-end execution of complex marketing campaigns across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to clients while managing campaign delivery, project timelines, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute omni-channel marketing campaigns (Email, Direct Mail, Paid Media, Earned Media, Marketplace)
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor
• Lead cross-functional meetings and collaborate with internal teams to deliver marketing solutions
• Manage project scope, timelines, risks, and campaign portfolio reviews
• Track milestones, manage change requests, and ensure successful campaign delivery
• Coordinate workload planning, capacity forecasting, and campaign prioritization
• Support process improvements and, when needed, act as Agile Scrum Master

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of marketing, project management, and client-facing experience
• Experience using Adobe Workfront for campaign execution
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and critical thinking skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Agile/Scrum experience
• Experience with omni-channel marketing and paid media execution
• Knowledge of digital marketing components including tagging, trafficking, and audience management (Live Ramp, Search, Social, Display/Programmatic, Affiliate)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Compensation:

The hourly rate for this position is $56.92 per hour.
