We are seeking a compassionate and reliable PRN Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our nursing team. The PRN LPN will provide high‑quality nursing care to residents while supporting the interdisciplinary care team in a skilled nursing and/or assisted living setting.
ResponsibilitiesProvide direct nursing care in accordance with state regulations and facility policies
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the RN or physician
Accurately document care, treatments, and observations
Assist with admissions, discharges, and resident care planning
Supervise and support nursing assistants as assigned
Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for residents
Follow infection control and safety procedures at all times
QualificationsCurrent and active LPN license in the state of employment
CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
Long‑term care, skilled nursing, or assisted living experience preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work flexible, as‑needed shifts
Dependable, professional, and resident‑focused
