Source, a new kind of plasma center, is excited to announce that we are opening new centers in both Canton, OH and Elyria, Ohio. We are not a new company... just new to Ohio! We cannot wait to meet YOU!
We are seeking Registered Nurses at both our Canton and Elyria locations and would value your support in caring for patients through donor engagement. In this role, you will work closely with donors-educating them on the need for plasma and specialty donations, the collection process, and eligibility guidelines-while ensuring all safety protocols are followed for every donation.
Plasma and specialty cellular products play a critical role in emergency care, as well as in pharmaceutical and research efforts focused on disease treatment and prevention.

Base Pay: $34.90/hour - $46.07/Hour

Schedule: Center hours:
Monday - Saturday. FT 40 hours/week. Will offer 8-hour or 10-hour shifts. 40 hours/week.

- This is procedural nursing! You will be on the floor with Donors and Phlebotomy team.
- Educate Donors and make a difference!
- Plasma collection experience, Dialysis experience strongly urged to apply!
REQUIREMENTS:
KNOWLEDGE/EDUCATION
- Bachelor's degree in chemical, physical or medical technology from an accredited institution.
- Must hold a current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment or possess multistate licensure through the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC).
- Current CPR certification required.
- Two years in a clinical or hospital setting required.
- Two years of laboratory training or experience, or both in non-waived testing required.
- Demonstrated competency with apheresis procedures required.
