Astoria Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation (83-bed facility) located in the heart of Canton, Ohio is hiring a Unit Manager
.
- Supervise nursing staff in providing quality care to geriatric patients.
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Ensure that nursing staff is adequately trained and competent in their duties.
- Monitor patient care to ensure quality of care is maintained.
- Evaluate nursing staff performance and provide feedback.
- Conduct patient assessments to determine the best course of treatment.
- Develop plans for patient care and coordinate with other departments as needed.
