Travel Director of Nursing to bring clinical excellence, compassionate care, and strong leadership to our family of skilled nursing facilities in the Cleveland area.

• Step in as DON at various Legacy locations to support transitions, cover leaves, or assist with special projects
• Lead and mentor nursing teams to deliver top-tier resident care
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance clinical outcomes
• Be a stabilizing force and a source of inspiration wherever you go!

• Valid RN license in the State of Ohio
• Previous DON experience in long-term care required
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Flexibility to travel to multiple facilities across Ohio
• A passion for people and a heart for healthcare
