Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
Responsibilities- Provide quality nursing care to Assisted Living residents.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
- Monitor residents' health and report changes promptly.
- Collaborate with physicians, families, and the healthcare team.
- Promote a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment for residents.
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Long-term care or assisted living experience preferred, but not required.
