Nursing Assistant; NA - Nights

Location: Canton, OH

Schedule: Full‑Time Nights – 7 p.m. – 7 a.m.

Compensation: $17.50 to $21.76 per hour

Sign‑On Bonus: $2,000

Position: Nursing Assistant (NA)

• Perform services for patients, including bathing using basin‑less bath products, oral hygiene, oral feeding, and care of hair.
• Participate in hourly rounds.
• Transport patients to and from various treatment centers and assist transporters in moving patients in and out of stretchers and wheelchairs.
• Maintain the cleanliness of instruments and equipment such as bedpans, urinals, and wheelchairs.
• Keep patients’ rooms clean and orderly.
• Maintain unit stock levels of supplies and equipment as directed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma/GED or relevant work experience (3+ years).
• BLS certification required within 90 days of hire.

• Hospital experience as a nursing assistant, certification as a nursing assistant, or experience in a related field (e.g., medical assistant, actively enrolled RN student).
