RN – Occupational Health

About This Role

As an RN in Occupational Health at Cleveland Clinic, you will provide essential services to fellow caregivers and staff, ensuring their wellness and compliance with health regulations. This part‑time role is ideal for those passionate about supporting employee health in a dynamic environment.

• Pay: $33.50 - $53.40/hour
• Location: Canton, OH
• Facility: Cleveland Clinic
• Schedule: Part-time, Day shift

• Coordinate and provide direct clinical care to employees.
• Work closely with providers regarding return to work and workers compensation.
• Focus on cost-effective ways to maximize wellness and prevent illness.
• Perform clinical activities such as vision screens, venipuncture, TB testing, and vaccinations.
• Coordinate and track compliance programs to meet regulatory standards.
• Support clinical manager in oversight of clinical operations, scheduling, and staffing.

Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Professional Nursing (ADN or BSN program) required.

Experience:

• 2+ years of clinical experience required.
• Occupational Health RN experience preferred.
• 2 years of employee health experience preferred.

Licenses &

Certifications:

• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) required.
• Current Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) required.
