Afternoon Shift LPN​/RN - DSL Bethany Health & Rehabilitation Center

Join our healthcare team as an Afternoon Shift LPN/RN, responsible for delivering exceptional, personalized nursing care to residents.

As a key member of the nursing staff, you will supervise CNAs, coordinate care plans, administer medications and treatments, and assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges.

You will observe vital signs, maintain accurate medical records, and monitor residents' emotional well‑being to support their ongoing recovery and independence.

Qualifications include: active Ohio LPN or RN licensure, excellent communication skills, and strong organizational abilities. The role requires the ability to work independently or collaboratively to ensure high-quality resident care.
