Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical​/Tele

Registered Nurse

Seeking a licensed Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care in a Medical Surgical/Telemetry setting. The RN will be responsible for delivering patient care during night shifts, ensuring compliance with staffing standards and facility protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, and implementation of nursing interventions.
• Recognize and respond appropriately to ECG rhythms and other clinical indicators.
• Complete necessary documentation accurately and promptly.
• Adhere to hospital policies, including safety and medication administration procedures.
• Participate in orientation and ongoing competency assessments, including ECG rhythm recognition and safe Medicate tests.
• Maintain active licenses, certifications, and compliance with facility requirements.

Qualifications:

• Hold a permanent Ohio license or compact license in hand at the time of submission.
• Possess a minimum of 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience.
• Have 18 months or more combined perm experience in the specialty.
• Be willing to work night shifts, including every other holiday.
• Complete and pass ECG rhythm recognition and safe Medicate assessments with acceptable scores.
• Submit one recent managerial reference from within the past 12 months.
