Interim Health Care Akron seeks a Private Duty Nurse (PDN) LPN to deliver 1:1 in-home skilled nursing care under the provider’s plan of care. This role supports longer, consistent shifts and builds relationships with the client and family.
You will administer medications and treatments, monitor vitals, document changes, and coordinate with the supervising RN and care team to ensure continuity of care. Training in specialized care may be provided as assigned.
