Cherish Hospice in Canton, OH is seeking an On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) to cover after-hours and on-demand patient needs in the Canton area.
You will assess patients, develop tailored care plans, coordinate with families and healthcare professionals, and provide counseling when required, while documenting visits and referrals.
Active RN license and valid driver's license are required; BLS is preferred and Hospice/Home Health experience is a plus.
