- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor residents' health, identify changes, and report to the healthcare team.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement care plans.
- Supervise and guide nursing assistants to ensure quality care delivery.
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to state and facility regulations.
- Provide emotional support and compassionate care to residents and their families.
Qualifications:
- Current Ohio LPN license in good standing.
- Experience in a long-term care or healthcare setting preferred.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
- Compassionate, dependable, and attentive to resident needs.
- Ability to multitask and respond effectively in a fast-paced environment.
