As an LPN with Freedom Caregivers, you will help support our non-medical home care services through caregiver oversight, caregiver training, client support, care plan development and care coordination.

• Must have current, unrestricted LPN license in the stat of Ohio
• Must have a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Must have some basic computer/tech knowledge and be able to use EMR for documentation.
