Lutz Landscaping and Management Inc is looking for an experienced and motivated Landscape Supervisor to lead our crews in Canton, OH. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll help deliver beautiful, high‑quality results for our clients while keeping operations running smoothly. • Supervise and direct landscape crews on residential and commercial job sites
• Oversee daily landscaping operations including mowing, trimming, planting, mulching, and seasonal cleanups
• Ensure quality control and client satisfaction on all assigned properties
• Train, mentor, and motivate crew members to maintain high performance standards
• Manage job site safety, equipment usage, and proper maintenance of tools and machinery
• Communicate with management regarding job progress, scheduling, and any site issues
• Monitor and manage material and supply usage to stay within project budgets

• 4+ years of experience in landscaping, horticulture, or grounds maintenance
• Prior supervisory or crew lead experience required with references
• Strong knowledge of landscape installation, maintenance, and plant identification
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to operate trailers and landscape equipment
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physical labor
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
• Dependable, punctual, and committed to delivering quality work
