Standard Printing Company is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the build-out of our ISO 9001 quality system and take ownership of customer complaint resolution.
Position SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Manager to lead the continued build-out of our ISO 9001 quality management system and to take ownership of customer complaint resolution. Our ISO program is in its early stages, and this position will play a critical role in developing the structure, documentation, and discipline needed to mature it into a fully functioning, audit-ready system.

The Quality Manager will partner with leadership and production to lead corrective and preventive actions, train production operators on quality standards and inspection techniques, and influence improvement across departments without direct authority.
The successful candidate will be a proactive problem solver who builds systems, gets answers fast, and earns trust through follow-through.
