Two family owned retaurants passionate about crafting classic Italian dishes. Join us as an Assistant Chef with competitive pay and shared tips. Your Top Responsibilities- Create delicious Italian fare
- Maintain high food quality standards and great plate presentation
- Work with our Executive Chef to execute the deliverables
- Prep and line cooking, inventory
- Help develop recipes and execute weekend features
- Assist in execution of caterings
- Expect to work at both Cleveland Ave and Fulton Rd locations (10 minutes apart) as needed
- Collaborative, positive mindset
- Deliver quality dishes, attention to details
- Knife skills
- Organized, Multi-tasking
Pay: Competitive pay based on experience with shared tips
