Part Time Retail Cannabis Sales Associate (Sales)

Now that non-medical sales are rolling in Ohio, were looking for a part-time, energetic, knowledgeable, and customer-focused team member to help elevate the retail experience!
What Youll Do :- Be the Ultimate Guide:
Help customers find the perfect product to match their vibe, whether theyre seeking relaxation, creativity, or an energy boost. - Create a Top-Tier Shopping
Experience:
Engage customers, answer questions, and provide recommendations in a welcoming, upbeat environment. - Stay in the Know:
Keep up with the latest products, strains, and trends so you can offer the best insights and advice. - Keep it Fresh:
Maintain a clean, well-stocked store and ensure our displays look great. - Ring it Up with Confidence:
Handle transactions quickly and accurately, keeping the energy high and the process smooth. - Teamwork Makes the Dream Work:
Help with inventory, fulfillment, and store upkeep while keeping a positive, collaborative vibe.
- 21+ with a passion for cannabis and customer service
- Retail experience (bonus points if its in cannabis)
- A friendly, outgoing personality that makes people feel comfortable and excited to shop
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Tech‑savvy with basic computer skills (POS experience is a plus)
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management
- A team player with a great work ethic and positive attitude
- Flexible shifts (16-32 hours per week, up to 10-hour shifts)
