The Sales Associate is responsible for providing quality customer service and driving product sales. They are knowledgeable in each product area or department, uphold policies, procedures and standards, fully promote each sale or promotion, and serve as an ambassador of the organization and brand, creating a unique customer experience to acquire and retain long‑time customers.

• Provide extraordinary customer service, including helping customers as they enter the store and during peak periods.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise.
• Set and work toward sales goals and track overall sales.
• Practice and uphold all company policies and procedures as listed in the operations policy manual, personnel policy manual, visual manual, and customer service manual.
• Assist in daily store operations, including completing work lists, clean up lists, weekly shipments, and store maintenance.
• Use product knowledge manual to present merchandise and promote sales.
• Consistently achieve and/or exceed sales targets and goals.
• Identify and communicate merchandise needs, pricing concerns, and operational problems to store management.
• Attend all staff meetings and technology clinics.
• Protect company assets by ensuring accurate internal control procedures and reporting potential fraud risk.
